Hi, I'm Dr. Holly!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA, Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in PA.
In 2017, Life First Therapy was established to provide individual therapy to professional Black women navigate microaggressions in the workplace by helping them find their inner power through assertiveness without using a substance or process addiction to cope. Services were also provided to help adults with substance and/or process addictions.
I have worked in residential, outpatient and methadone settings working with co-occurring disorders as a Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor and therapist. I have had the honor of providing clinical supervision services to pre-licensed therapists. I am an author and international mental health public speaker who has been featured in USA Today, the Philadelphia Inquirer, on Philadelphia's Fox News 29 and more.
